                                 ORDER
 
        On October 27, 1997, Griffin Services, Inc. filed a petition
   requesting that the Board direct a contracting officer to issue a
   final decision on a  claim dated August 21, 1997,  under contract
   number GS-02P-96-CTC-0020 for mechanical maintenance services  at
   the Dulski Federal Building  and Dillion United States Courthouse
   in Buffalo, New York.
 
        On October 29, 1997, the Board suspended proceedings in this
   petition to  obtain a decision  by the contracting officer.   The
   contracting officer's  final decision was issued  on November 20,
   1997.
 
        Accordingly, this petition is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
