                                 ORDER
 
        On March  23,  1998,  the parties  reported  that  they  had
   reached  a tentative  settlement of  this   appeal and  that they
   expected to complete  the  settlement within forty-five days.  On
   July 10, respondent  advised that the  parties had settled  their
   dispute and moved to dismiss the  appeal.  Appellant joins in the
   requested dismissal.   Pursuant to  the agreement of  the parties
   and Rule 128(b), this appeal is DISMISSED.
