ORDER On September 25, 1997, Clark Concrete Contractors, Inc. filed an appeal from the final decision of a contracting officer of the General Services Administration denying reimbursement of additional costs incurred in connection with a contract for the construction of an office building to house the Washington Metropolitan Field Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Washington, D.C. On March 10, 2000, appellant filed a motion to withdraw its appeal with prejudice, as all issues have been resolved. Respondent had no objection. Accordingly, the appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
