                                 ORDER
 
        On September 3, 1997, appellant appealed the contracting
   officer's decision assessing appellant liquidated damages in
   connection with a contract for the purchase of an automobile from
   respondent, General Services Administration.  On November 3,
   1997, appellant notified the Board that he had paid the
   liquidated damages to the Government and moved to withdraw the
   appeal.  Respondent does not object to the withdrawal.  Pursuant
   to the agreement of the parties, and Board Rule 128, this appeal
   is DISMISSED.
