                                 ORDER
 
        On  August 13, 1997, appellant, Scrupples, Inc., filed these
   notices of appeal in connection with a dispute under contract no.
   GS-11P-95-MPC.
 
        On December 10, 1997, appellant advised the Board, on behalf
   of both parties,  that the parties' settlement has been completed
   and the appeals may be dismissed with prejudice.
 
        Accordingly,  these  appeals are  DISMISSED  WITH PREJUDICE.
