The Clark Construction Group, Inc. (Clark) filed this appeal with the Board on July 11, 1997, from a contracting officer's decision. Clark sought reimbursement for services performed in connection with the repair and alteration of the United States Court of Appeals Courthouse in San Francisco, California, under a contract with the General Services Administration. On September 30 the parties filed a jointly executed Stipulation for Entry of Judgment, which stated: Pursuant to an agreement to settle the dispute underlying the subject appeal, the parties, through their counsel, jointly stipulate that judgment shall be entered in favor of appellant in the amount of seventeen million, five hundred thousand dollars ($17,500,000). Interest pursuant to the Contract Disputes Act ("CDA"), 41 U.S.C.  611, shall be calculated from May 27, 1997, the date the Contracting Officer received the certified claim underlying the appeal. Decision Pursuant to Board Rule 136(e) and by agreement of the parties, the appeal is GRANTED IN PART. Judgment is entered in favor of the appellant in the amount of seventeen million five hundred thousand dollars ($17,500,000), with interest pursuant to the Contract Disputes Act, 41 U.S.C.  611, to be calculated from May 27, 1997.
