                                ORDER  
 
        This  appeal arose  from a  contracting officer's  decision,
   dated March 3,  1997, assessing liquidated damages  in connection
   with a Government auction sale  of motor vehicles.  On March  16,
   1998, the Board received a  joint stipulation of dismissal signed
   by  both parties, stating that this  matter has been settled.  In
   accordance  with  the request  of  the  parties,  this appeal  is
   DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
