                                   ORDER

     The Board docketed this appeal filed by HBM Automation
Solutions concerning a contract with the General Services
Administration for the installation of computer LAN cables and a
patch panel for the Department of Justice in New York.

     On June 18, 1997, the parties filed a joint settlement
agreement.  Appellant also requested a dismissal of the appeal with
prejudice.

     Accordingly, the appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule
128.
