                                 ORDER
 
        On May 14, 1997, AAA  Joint Venture (AAA) appealed the final
   decision of a General Services Administration contracting officer
   denying  AAA's  claim  for  additional  compensation  for   costs
   incurred in  performing tenant improvement  build-out obligations
   under  lease   number  GS-09B-19096   at   the  Social   Security
   Administration in Pomona,  California.  On January  15, 1999, the
   parties filed  a joint  stipulation for  dismissal, stating  that
   they have settled the underlying dispute and requesting that  the
   appeal be dismissed with prejudice.
 
        Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
