                                   ORDER

     On April 30, 1997, appellant appealed from the contracting
officer's decision denying recovery on appellant's request for
equitable adjustments 9A-9D to the construction contract for the
Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center.  On May 21,
the parties requested dismissal of the appeal, since they have
settled the dispute.  Pursuant to Board Rule 128(a) and the request
of the parties, this appeal is DISMISSED.
