                                   ORDER

     On April 22, 1997, appellant filed an appeal at this Board
from the contracting officer's denial of claims for extra work on
a facilities maintenance contract between appellant and
respondent, Department of the Treasury.  

     The parties have advised the Board they have settled the
case and now seek dismissal.  Pursuant to Rule 128 and the
agreement of the parties, this appeal is DISMISSED.
