(ISI) filed this appeal with the Board on April 15, 1997. ISI sought a retroactive modification of contract number GS-11P-95-MPC-0511 and wage increases for security guard services provided for the General Services Administration at various buildings in Arlington, Virginia. On November 25, 1997, appellant filed a motion to dismiss which stated, in part: Appellant, International Services, Inc. respectfully requests that the Board dismiss the above captioned matter in accordance with the terms of the settlement agreement reached by the parties. The parties entered into a formal settlement agreement in this case on September 22, 1997, and Appellant subsequently has invoiced and received full payment of the settlement amount.
