                                 ORDER
 
        International  Services, Inc. (ISI)  filed this  appeal with
   the  Board  on  April  15,   1997.    ISI  sought  a  retroactive
   modification  of  contract  number  GS-11P-95-MPC-0511  and  wage
   increases  for security guard  services provided for  the General
   Services  Administration  at  various   buildings  in  Arlington,
   Virginia.
 
        On November 25,  1997, appellant filed  a motion to  dismiss
   which stated, in part:
 
             Appellant,   International   Services,   Inc.
             respectfully requests that  the Board dismiss
             the above captioned matter in accordance with
             the terms of the settlement agreement reached
             by the parties.   The parties entered  into a
             formal settlement  agreement in this  case on
             September    22,    1997,    and    Appellant
             subsequently has  invoiced and  received full
 
             payment    of    the    settlement    amount.
             Accordingly,  Appellant  seeks  dismissal  of
             this appeal.
 
        Accordingly, the appeal  is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.   Rule
