                                   ORDER

     On March 3, 1997, NVT Technologies, Inc. appealed a General
Services Administration contracting officer's failure to issue a
final decision on its claim under contract number
GS-09P-91-KSC-0010 for mechanical maintenance services at the U.S.
Court of Appeals in Pasadena, California.  On July 16, 1997, the
parties filed a joint stipulation of dismissal stating that the
parties have agreed to settle the dispute underlying the appeal and
requesting that the Board dismiss the appeal without prejudice
subject to reinstatement within ninety days.

     Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.  This
case shall be deemed to have been dismissed with prejudice ninety-
one calendar days from the date of this order.
