                                   ORDER

     This appeal was filed on February 11, 1997, by Bar-Es
challenging the General Services Administration s contracting
officer s final decision to terminate for default Bar-Es  contract
for the supply of cutters and strippers.

     On February 19, 1997, Bar-Es withdrew its appeal. 
Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED.  Rule 128(a).
