BORWICK, Board Judge. This appeal involves a claim in the amount of $9,342,735 arising from the construction of the United States Courthouse, Beltsville, MD. The parties have settled their dispute for $4,029,539 and have requested the Board to adopt their settlement by decision pursuant to Rule 136(e). The parties have submitted certificates of finality with their settlement stipulation. Under the terms of the settlement, the amount of $4,029,539 is the full and final payment of the claim, inclusive of interest through March 31, 1997. If payment of the settlement amount is made later than March 31, then appellant will be entitled to interest pursuant to the Contract Disputes Act of 1978, 41 U.S.C.  601-613 (1994), from April 1, 1997, until paid. Decision Pursuant to the agreement of the parties and Rule 136(e), the Board adopts the parties' stipulation by decision.
