Tully, Office of General Counsel, General Services Administration, Washington, DC, counsel for Respondent. PARKER, Board Judge. ORDER Travel Centre appealed the contracting officer's final decisions in connection with a contract with the General Services Administration for travel management services for federal agencies located in the states of Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont. On May 1, 1997, respondent filed a motion to dismiss these appeals with prejudice which stated in part: Pursuant to Board Rule 128(a), Respondent moves the Board to dismiss the appeals docketed as GSBCA 13784 and 14056, with prejudice. This motion is based on the fact that the GSA contracting officer has taken action which has rendered both appeals moot. . . . Both the termination for default and GSA's demand for unpaid rebates have been rescinded by the contracting officer . . . . Appellant has no objection.
