                                   ORDER

     On December 3, 1996, appellant, Mountain View Office Park,
appealed the final decision of a General Services Administration
contracting officer denying its request to recover funds deducted 
under lease number GS-03B-20139.  On July 29, 1997, respondent
informed the Board that the parties reached a settlement of the
dispute and that all terms of the settlement agreement have been
satisfied.  Appellant authorized respondent to request on behalf of
the parties that the appeal be dismissed with prejudice.

     Accordingly, the appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
