ORDER This appeal, involving a claim for payment of additional money under a contract for modifications and repairs to a ship owned by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, was dismissed without prejudice on November 5, 1998. Under the terms of the dismissal order, the dismissal was to become one with prejudice 180 days after that date, unless either party requested a reinstatement earlier. On January 19, 1999, appellant notified the Board that it had received from respondent payment pursuant to a settlement agreement. Appellant asked that the dismissal be converted immediately to one with prejudice to reinstatement. Respondent does not object to the request. The case is now DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
