                                 ORDER
 
        These  appeals  arise  out  of contract  GS-09P-93-KTC-0093,
   entered  into  by the  parties  for  the  construction of  a  new
   laboratory/office  facility at the  U.S. Geological Survey, Menlo
   Park, California.  On November 19,  1997, the appellant submitted
   to the Board  a request to dismiss with  prejudice these appeals.
   Respondent has no objection to the dismissal of these appeals.
 
        Accordingly,  these appeals  are  DISMISSED WITH  PREJUDICE.
   Rule 128(a).
