                                   ORDER

     Twigg Corporation appealed a General Services Administration
contracting officer's decision which denied a claim for costs
allegedly incurred by Twigg's carpeting subcontractor during the
renovation of the Columbia Plaza office complex in Washington, DC.

     On March 7, 1997, appellant filed a motion to dismiss the
appeal.  In the motion, appellant stated that it has reconsidered
its position and wishes to withdraw the case.

     Appellant's motion is granted.  The appeal is DISMISSED.
