                                   ORDER

     On March 11, 1996, Haun Welding Supply, Inc. (Haun) was
awarded a contract by the General Services Administration for the
supply of wrenches, pipe, chain, and basin.  On October 11, 1996,
Haun s contract was terminated for default.  Haun filed an appeal
with this Board on October 23, 1996.

     On December 17, 1996, the parties settled the case, and on
February 21, 1997, they filed a joint motion to dismiss with
prejudice.  Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED.  Rule 128(a).
