ORDER On October 22,1996, Debcon, Inc. filed this appeal with the Board in connection with a contract with the Department of Commerce. Debcon sought reimbursement of additional costs incurred in the construction of a weather forecast office at Camp Navajo in Flagstaff, Arizona. On October 26, 1999, the parties entered into a settlement agreement, but requested that the appeal be kept on the Board's docket until the terms of the settlement were carried out. On June 14, 2000, the parties filed a joint motion to dismiss the appeal with prejudice. Accordingly, the appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Rule 128. ______________________________ ROBERT W.
