                                   ORDER

     On September 10, 1996, Nationwide Energy Management
Corporation (Nationwide), pursuant to 42 U.S.C.A.  8287(b)(3),
protested its purported exclusion from the Department of Energy's
(DOE) qualified list of energy service companies.  DOE indicated
its willingness to hold further discussions with Nationwide
concerning its qualifications, whereupon Nationwide withdrew its
action.  Pursuant to Rule 128(a), this matter is DISMISSED.
