ORDER On September 3, 1996, Hughes & Smith, Inc. appealed the denial by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing of its claim for the cost of additional material and labor for work under contract number TEP-94-58, task order number 2. On September 26, 1996, appellant filed a motion to dismiss the appeal. Appellant states that the parties have reached a settlement and that all issues raised in its original claim have been resolved.
