                                   ORDER

     Johnson Controls World Services Inc. filed this appeal with
the Board on July 18, 1996, concerning the General Services
Administration s procurement of certain mechanical operations and
maintenance services.

     On December 5, appellant filed a motion to dismiss the appeal
with prejudice which stated in part:

          The Parties have reached agreement on a mutual
          settlement of the issue(s) giving rise to this
          appeal.  Such agreement has been effected
          through the execution and issuance of
          bilateral Modification No. PS19 to the
          contract.

     Accordingly, the appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule
