DISMISSED: March 13, 1997 GSBCA 13761 TWIGG CORPORATION, Appellant, v. GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION, Respondent. John E. Belt, Falls Church, VA, counsel for Appellant. Kathleen McCartney, Office of Regional Counsel, National Capital Region, General Services Administration, Washington, DC, counsel for Respondent. GOODMAN, Board Judge. ORDER On June 21, 1993, appellant, Twigg Corporation (Twigg), was awarded a contract by respondent, the General Services Administration (GSA), for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system work at the J.E. Hoover Building in Washington, DC. On June 11, 1996, appellant requested a final decision from the contracting officer for its claim in the amount of $883 for overhead on its subcontractor s work performed pursuant to a contract modification. The contracting officer issued his final decision denying appellant s claim on July 8, 1996, and Twigg appealed that decision to this Board on July 12, 1996. During the period August 28, 1996, to February 12, 1997, proceedings were suspended in this appeal to allow the parties the opportunity to settle the dispute. On February 12, 1997, appellant s counsel advised the Board that a settlement had been reached and that a motion to dismiss would be filed upon execution of a contract modification. On March 10, appellant moved for dismissal of its appeal. Respondent has no objection. Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED. Rule 128(a). ____________________ ALLAN H. GOODMAN Board Judge
