                                   ORDER

     On June 27, 1996, the Board docketed this appeal filed by
Mechanical Contractors, Inc. (MCI).  MCI seeks reimbursement for
services performed under a contract with the General Services
Administration for the installation of a potable water booster pump
system and related work at the United States Courthouse in Seattle,
Washington.

     The parties filed a jointly executed settlement agreement on
January 10, 1997.  On March 11, 1997, appellant filed a motion to
dismiss its appeal with prejudice.

     Accordingly, the appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule
128(a).
