                              ORDER

    Cyrus G. Delano Company filed this appeal with the Board on June 26, 1996.  The
appeal challenges a contracting officer's final decision dated June 19, 1996, denying
appellant's claim for an equitable adjustment.  On October 1, 1996, the Board received a Joint
Stipulation for Dismissal signed by both parties.  The parties have settled this matter and
request that the appeal be dismissed with prejudice.

    Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule 28(a).
