                                 ORDER
 
        On June  12, 1996, the  Board received this appeal  from ESC
   Polytech  Consultants, Inc., concerning one of its contracts with
   the   respondent,  the  General  Services  Administration.    ESC
   disputed the relief permitted by the contracting officer on ESC's
   termination  settlement  proposal   and  request  for   equitable
   recovery based upon erroneous agency  actions.  The parties  have
   settled   this  dispute;  they  jointly  seek  a  dismissal  with
   prejudice.
        This appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule 128(a).
