ORDER On May 29, 1996, Integrated Systems Group, Inc. (ISG) appealed the final decision of a Department of Commerce (DOC) contracting officer terminating for default contract number 50-PAPT-5-00017 for a network tape backup system for the DOC Patent and Trademarks Office. On January 13, 1997, ISG filed a motion withdrawing the appeal stating that the parties have settled the dispute and requesting that the appeal be dismissed with prejudice.
