                                   ORDER

     On June 6, 1996, Twigg Corporation appealed a General Services
Administration contracting officer's deemed denial of a claim for
interest on retainage which had been withheld on a contract for
renovation of Government offices.

     On November 12, appellant moved to dismiss the case with
prejudice.  The motion states that the parties have amicably
resolved the dispute.

     The appeal is DISMISSED.
