                                   ORDER

     Twigg Corporation claimed entitlement to an equitable
adjustment in the amount of $152,947 to the price of a contract for
the interior renovation of an office complex.  The General Services
Administration unilaterally modified the contract to increase the
price by $98,775.  Twigg appealed the contracting officer's
decision denying further payment.

     Twigg has now informed the Board that the dispute has been
amicably resolved and the contract modified appropriately. 
Accordingly, Twigg asks that the appeal be dismissed.

     Twigg's motion to dismiss is granted.  The case is DISMISSED.
