(Black Diamond) filed its appeal with the Board on April 25, 1996. Black Diamond sought reimbursement of costs incurred in connection with a contract with the Department of Commerce for the manufacture and delivery of specialized mail/delivery carts for the United States Patent and Trademark Office. On April 10, 1997, appellant filed a motion to dismiss its appeal with prejudice. Respondent has no objection. Accordingly, the appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
