                                   ORDER

     Keenan Development Associates (Keenan) filed its appeal with
the Board on February 28, 1996, from a General Services
Administration (GSA) contracting officer's final decision.  Keenan
sought an equitable adjustment in lease payments for a facility GSA
leased in College Park, Georgia.

     On July 25, 1997, the parties filed a joint settlement
agreement and supplemental lease agreement.  On August 7 appellant
requested a dismissal of its appeal with prejudice.

     Accordingly, the appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule
128.
