                                   ORDER

     On February 21, 1996, appellant appealed the contracting
officer's denial of its claim for additional rent due to the
improper termination of a Government lease for premises in
Catonsville, MD.   The parties have amicably settled their dispute
and desire a dismissal of this appeal.  Pursuant to the agreement
of the parties and Board Rule 128, this appeal is DISMISSED.
