                                 ORDER
 
        These appeals  relate to a  Government claim  for refund  of
   sums  paid for spare  parts purchased under  the NEXRAD contract.
   The  parties have settled their  dispute and request dismissal of
   the appeals. 
 
 
 
        Pursuant to  Rule 128(b),  and the  request of  the parties,
   these appeals are DISMISSED.
