GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION, Respondent. Robert G. Fryling and Melissa J. Gilstrap of Blank, Rome, Comisky & McCauley, Philadelphia, PA, counsel for Appellant. John C. Sawyer, Office of General Counsel, General Services Administration, Washington, DC, counsel for Respondent. PARKER, Board Judge. ORDER Victory Corrugated Container Corporation filed these appeals with the Board after receiving the General Services Administration's final decisions denying Victory's claims for reimbursement for services performed under numerous contracts for the shipment of boxes. On October 7, 1996, appellant filed a motion to dismiss which stated: Victory Corrugated Container Corp. ("Victory") and the General Services Administration resolved their differences in the above appeals and executed a settlement agreement that was subject to Bankruptcy Court approval. On September 30, 1996, the Bankruptcy Court approved Victory's plan of arrangement which included inter alia the substance of its agreement with the General Services Administration. Based upon the above, Victory's appeals have been resolved. Therefore Victory requests that its appeals be dismissed with prejudice. Respondent had no objection.
