ORDER On December 15, 1994, Harrison and Darlene Fagg, d/b/a Granite Tower (Granite Tower), appealed the final decision of a General Services Administration contracting officer denying their claim for payment of additional electrical usage costs under lease number GS-08B-10722 covering space occupied by the Government in the Granite Tower in Billings, Montana. The parties elected alternative dispute resolution, and on September 10, 1997, the Board conducted a mediation proceeding in Billings, Montana. As a result of that proceeding, the parties have executed a confidential settlement agreement, which effected a full settlement of this appeal. On October 14, 1997, respondent requested that the appeal be dismissed, in accordance with the settlement agreement. Appellant has no objection.
