WILLIAMS, Board Judge.

                                   ORDER

     On December 15, 1994, Harrison and Darlene Fagg, d/b/a Granite
Tower (Granite Tower), appealed the final decision of a General
Services Administration contracting officer denying their claim for
payment of additional electrical usage costs under lease number
GS-08B-10722 covering space occupied by the Government in the
Granite Tower in Billings, Montana.

     The parties elected alternative dispute resolution, and on
September 10, 1997, the Board conducted a mediation proceeding in
Billings, Montana.  As a result of that proceeding, the parties
have executed a confidential settlement agreement, which effected
a full settlement of this appeal.  On October 14, 1997, respondent
requested that the appeal be dismissed, in accordance with the
settlement agreement.  Appellant has no objection.

     Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
