In these appeals, GSBCA 12787 and 12788, Advanced Maintenance Corporation claimed entitlement to additional payments under contract GS-01P-90-BWC-0041, for the provision of material and maintenance services at the U.S. Federal Building and Courthouse in Bridgeport, Connecticut. On November 24, 1997, the parties filed a settlement agreement with the Board under which appellant agreed to accept $5,000 in full and complete satisfaction of all claims asserted in these appeals. By motion filed on December 16, 1997, the parties further requested that the Board issue a decision under Rule 136(e) based on a stipulated award to appellant of $5,000. The parties have executed certificates of finality and have stipulated that neither party will appeal this decision. Respondent will file the necessary forms with the Department of the Treasury for payment from the Judgment Fund. In accordance with this request, the Board hereby enters judgment, granting the appeals to the extent of $5,000. Decision These appeals are GRANTED IN PART.
