(BSI), appealed the final decision of a General Services Administration contracting officer denying BSI's claim for an equitable adjustment to its contract for renovations and construction at the Federal Records Center in Overland, Missouri, under contract number GS-06P-89-GYC-0192. On July 15, 1998, the parties filed a joint motion for stipulated judgment stating, in pertinent part: The parties have reached a settlement in this appeal and have agreed to stipulate to the entry of judgment as follows: GSA will pay BSI Constructors, Inc. the principal amount of $1,099,743.79 with interest payable thereon in accordance with the Contract Disputes Act of 1978, 41 U.S.C. 601 et seq., from December 4, 1992. The parties further stipulate that they will execute certificates of finality on the basis of this stipulated judgment. Decision This appeal is GRANTED in accordance with the parties' stipulated settlement. Rule 136(e) (48 CFR 6101.36(e) (1997)).
