This appeal involves a contract for the renovation of certain floors of the United States Courthouse and Post Office, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, a thirteen-story building. The contractor and appellant is P.J. Dick Incorporated (P.J. Dick). The respondent is the General Services Administration (GSA). Pursuant to Rule 136(e), on February 12, 1997, the parties filed an agreement for stipulated award, together with certificates of finality, with the Board. The agreement provides in pertinent part: The GSA will pay P.J. Dick $34,003.83 with interest payable from February 4, 1992 through January 17, 1997. The parties further stipulate that they will immediately submit certificates of finality to the board on the basis of this stipulation. Decision Pursuant to Rule 136(e), the Board adopts the parties' stipulation by decision. The appeal is GRANTED. Appellant is awarded $34,003.83 with interest payable from February 4, 1992, through January 17, 1997, in accordance with 41 U.S.C.  612 (1994). _________________________ ANTHONY S.
