                                 ORDER
 
        On  August 2, 1996,  appellant, W.J. Saunders,  appealed the
   contracting  officer s  decision  of  July  25,  1996,  demanding
   repayment  in  the  amount  of  $2,247.02  for  10,704  defective
   moisteners which were delivered by appellant pursuant to contract
   number  2FQC1066.     The  Board  issued  an   order  on  further
   proceedings  on   August  19,  1996,  which   established  filing
   deadlines for the Rule 4 file, the complaint, and the answer.
 
        On  September 25,  1996, counsel  for  respondent moved  for
   dismissal  pursuant to a  settlement agreement entered  into with
   appellant.  On September 30, appellant s representative confirmed
   that  appellant posed  no objection to  our dismissing  the case.
   Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED.  Rule 28(a).
