                                 ORDER
 
        On  July  18,  1996,   appellant  appealed  the  contracting
   officer's denial of its claim  for extra costs in connection with
   appellant's contract for the dining room expansion of the Federal
   Law  Enforcement Training Center,  Glynco, Georgia.   The parties
   have amicably  settled their dispute,  and desire a  dismissal of
   this appeal.  Pursuant to the agreement of the parties, and Board
   Rule 128, this appeal is DISMISSED.
