                                 ORDER
 
        Appellant,  Tru-Rite  of  N.J. Inc.,  filed  this  appeal on
   June 7,  1996, challenging the  contracting officer's decision of
   May 23,  1996, partially  terminating  for  default contract  no.
   GS-14F-62567.
 
        On  June 24, 1996, appellant  filed a letter withdrawing its
   appeal.   Respondent has  no objection to  the dismissal  of this
   appeal.
 
        Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED.  Rule 28(a).
