                                 ORDER
 
        Appellant and  respondent had a  dispute over the  amount of
   reimbursement due  under appellant's  lease  with respondent  for
   escalation of real property taxes.  A timely appeal to this Board
   resulted  from   a  contracting  officer's  decision  adverse  to
   appellant.  The parties, however,  have settled their dispute and
   desire to  dismiss the appeal  with prejudice.  Pursuant  to Rule
   28(a),  and  the  stipulation  of  the  parties,  this appeal  is
   DISMISSED.
