                                 ORDER
 
        On March 11,  1996, the Board received this  appeal filed by
   Franklin Pavkov Construction contesting the withholding of $7,040
   under  its contract  with the  respondent,  the General  Services
   Administration, after unilateral change orders deleted work under
   the contract.  During a telephone conference convened on June 18,
   the  parties  indicated that  they  have resolved  the  matter in
   dispute.  They jointly request  that the appeal be dismissed with
   prejudice.
 
        Accordingly, the appeal  is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.   Rule
   28(a).
