                                 ORDER
 
        Southwest  Market Limited Partnership filed this appeal with
   the Board  on March  18, 1996, following  receipt of  the General
   Services  Administration's  final  decision  denying  appellant's
   claim  for  payment  for  350 parking  permits  in  the  National
   Aeronautics  and  Space   Administration  Headquarters  Building,
   Washington, DC.
 
        On September  25, appellant  filed a  motion to dismiss  its
   appeal with prejudice.
 
        Accordingly,  the appeal is  DISMISSED WITH  PREJUDICE. Rule
   28.
