                                 ORDER
 
        On February 13, 1996, Empire  Development Co., Floyd M. Sack
   and Floyd Swenson filed an appeal at this Board involving alleged
   rent  due under a  lease with respondent/lessee  General Services
   Administration.  On March 25,  the parties advised the Board that
   the matter had  been settled amicably and moved  for dismissal of
   the appeal.  Based on the agreement of the parties and Board Rule
   28(a), this appeal is DISMISSED.
