                                 ORDER
 
        This  appeal arose  from  a  contracting officer's  decision
   dated   June  16,  1995,  terminating  appellant's  contract  for
   default.  In a letter dated September 25, 1995, appellant advised
   the Board  that the matter  has been resolved and  requested that
   the appeal be withdrawn.  
 
        Accordingly,  this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule
