                                 ORDER
 
        On July 27, 1995, appellant, A.S. McGaughan Co., Inc., filed
   these  appeals contesting  certain decisions  of the  contracting
   officer of respondent, the General Services Administration (GSA).
   The parties have settled the  appeals; pursuant to Board Rule 28,
   appellant   moves  to  dismiss.    Respondent  does  not  object.
   Pursuant  to the  agreement of  the  parties and  Rule 28,  these
   appeals are DISMISSED.
